What can we expect from the festival?

You can expect the same exceptional experience that has defined Latino Life for over 10 years:

A Latin music festival created and led by Latinos, shaped by lived experience, cultural knowledge and genuine community connection. This is not a generic “world music” event. It is an authentic celebration of Latin culture, presented with care, pride and quality.

How do we get there?

Walpole Park, Mattock Lane, Ealing, W5 is very well connected by public transport.

By Tube & Train:
• Ealing Broadway Station (Central, Elizabeth, District lines + South Western Railway) – 7-minute walk / 2-minute taxi ride
• South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line) – 10-minute walk

By Bus:
65, N65, 112, 226, E1, E2, E7, E8, E9, E10, E11, N7, N11, 207, 483, 607, N83, N207

By Car:
We strongly advise using public transport. There is no public parking in or around the event, except accessible parking (details closer to the event).

Will there be tickets on the door?

Yes — subject to availability.

Due to the festival's popularity, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Once capacity is reached, no further tickets will be issued.

Ticketing Information

• Doors open: 12PM
• Last entry: 9PM
• No re-admission once you leave
• No coat check available

Please arrive within the time window of your ticket. Late arrival on early-entry tickets may incur an additional charge.

Family Tickets:
• Children must be under 13
• Adults cannot enter on a family ticket without children
• No admission for under 18s after 7PM

Can we bring our own food & drink?

Free water will be available onsite. However, outside food and drink are not permitted.

We proudly support independent Latin food and drink traders, many of whom travel long distances to showcase authentic cuisine. Supporting them helps sustain both the community and the festival itself.

Trying new food is part of the cultural experience — and we are confident you will love it.

What is there for kids?

LatinoLife in the Park is family-friendly, especially between 12PM–6PM.

Alongside live music and dance performances, there is a dedicated Kids’ Zone featuring:
• Magic Shows
• Slapstick Comedy
• Puppet Shows
• Storytelling
• Giant Bubbles
• Party Games
• Balloon Modelling
• Limbo & Conga Dancing
• Mini Discos
• Immersive cultural areas including “Cuba Linda” and “Viva Mexico”

We recommend arriving earlier in the day when the site is less crowded.

What if my child gets lost?

Parents are responsible for supervising their children.

If a child becomes separated, immediately notify a steward, Information Point or festival official. Found children are cared for at the Medical/First Aid tent.

We recommend writing your mobile number on your child’s wristband or clothing and dressing children in bright colours for visibility.

Are dogs allowed?

No. Dogs are not permitted on site.

What about accessibility?

LatinoLife strives to be inclusive.

• Wheelchair users and Personal Assistants are upgraded to VIP free of charge.
• Accessible toilets are available across the site.
• The site includes greenfield and hard-standing areas; some park surfaces may be uneven.

To claim a Personal Assistant ticket, purchase your ticket first, then email Latino Life with your order ID and one of the required supporting documents (DLA/PIP, Attendance Allowance, Severe Sight Impairment evidence, Assistance Dog ID, or Access Card +1).

Accessible parking details will be published closer to the event.

On Site Food & Drink Policy

• Challenge 25 policy in operation
• Valid ID required if you look under 25
• Supplying alcohol to under 18s will result in ejection
• We accept cash and card
• Catering available for various dietary requirements

We are committed to reducing carbon footprint and plastic waste. Please recycle responsibly and leave no trace behind.

We are a safer festival. Discrimination or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Speak to a member of staff if you experience or witness any issues.
